Hunger isn’t pretty

Hunger is literally a sign from your body that it requires nutrition, in order to communicate to you that you need to eat. The statement “hunger is pretty” is entirely nonsensical. The urge to eat is a basic bodily function, and labelling it as “pretty” makes literally as much sense as stating that tiredness is pretty or the urge to urinate is pretty. I mean, seriously? Also, note that “hungry” is not “skinny” – people of every size and weight experience hunger. The pro-ana movement’s attempt to glorify hunger is an embarrassing fail.
